Show Banquet Saturday Nov. 10, 2012

The club Banquet is coming up soon, Nov. 10th at the Brookstone Golf & Country Club.

It will be held in the banquet room at the club house. (Located across from the tennis courts.)
If you worked the Reilc Show but have not signed up yet, please do so by the next club meeting Nov.7.
If you would like to go but you did not work at the Show you can still come by paying $35.00 per person.

5:00-6:00 PM: Cash bar open and Appetizers ready (in the Azelea Lounge)
6:30PM: Banquet opens (buffet closes after everyone is finishing going through line for seconds)
7:00PM: Dessert buffet available entire evening
8:00PM: Guest Speaker(Park Historian Mr. Willie Johnson)
9:00PM; Awards and Prizes (Cash bar closes)

Christmas Party at FOP Lodge not at the depot…

Don’t forget the Christmas party will be held at the FOP lodge on Wednesday, December 21st. Please bring a side dish or desert. It will also be the Find of the Month meeting so bring your finds as well. Rumor has it that Santa will also be attending again so bring you cameras!  As you may recall last year we had ice form on the roads right before the meeting so only a handful of folks made it. If it ices up this year we will not have the meeting. Hope to see you there.
